These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Jobopi’s website and services. By purchasing a package or using our platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services

Jobopi provides professional job application management and recruiter outreach services.
Our services include resume optimization, recruiter sourcing, application submission, and related consulting.

Jobopi does not guarantee employment or job offers — our commitment is to secure recruiter phone screens as outlined in your purchased package.

2. Client Responsibilities

By purchasing a package, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including your resume, Gmail account, and job links.
  
  

• Respond to your assigned Account Manager promptly.
  
  

• Maintain ownership of your Gmail and any communication accounts.
  
  

• Avoid using the service for fraudulent or misleading job applications.
  
  

Failure to cooperate may void your guarantee or delay service completion.

3. Service Timelines

• Jobopi will begin execution within 24 hours after your intake is completed.
  
  

• Delivery of all applications and outreach occurs within 48–72 hours of receiving your materials.
  
  

• Progress updates are provided daily through your tracker and Account Manager.
  
  

4. Guarantee Policy

Jobopi guarantees a minimum number of recruiter phone screens within 30 days of package completion:

• Basic (50 Apps): 5 phone screens minimum
  
  

• Standard (75 Apps): 8 phone screens minimum
  
  

• Premium (100 Apps): 11 phone screens minimum
  
  

If these thresholds are not met, Jobopi will continue working at no additional cost until they are achieved.

This guarantee applies only if:

• You provided accurate information.
  
  

• Your target roles are within realistic market parameters.
  
  

• You have responded promptly to recruiter outreach.
  
  

5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final once intake begins.
Refunds are available only before any applications or outreach work has started.

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party systems.

6. Confidentiality

Jobopi operates as your behind-the-scenes job search partner.

• Recruiters and employers will not be informed that Jobopi assisted with your applications.
  
  

• All communications appear to originate from your Gmail account.
  
  

You remain the candidate of record for every application.

7. Intellectual Property

All Jobopi-created materials (including resume templates, outreach messaging frameworks, or tracking dashboards) remain the property of Jobopi unless explicitly transferred in writing.

You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jobopi is not liable for:

• The hiring decisions or response times of recruiters and employers.
  
  

• Job rejections, employment outcomes, or changes in market conditions.
  
  

• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  
  

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your service package.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• You violate these Terms.
  
  

• Your behavior toward our staff is abusive or unprofessional.
  
  

• Fraudulent or unethical job search activity is detected.
  
  

10. Governing Law
